| 摘 要： | 针对汽车准双曲面齿轮主减速器总成的结构及装配工艺特点,研究了主减速器总成壳体振动加速度信号幅域、时域和频域的特征参数处理方法。在幅域分析中主要通过对各种典型故障进行特征参数敏感性对比,选取峰值、均方幅值、波形指标和峭度系数作为故障分析的依据。时域分析中采用时基波形和时域平均波形相结合的方式,区分轴承故障和齿轮故障。频域分析中采用多段平均方法提高功率谱分析的精度。实验表明了采用混合特征参数方法进行质量判断的方式的有效性。
