模糊预处理故障诊断专家系统的分析设计

摘    要:该文介绍了故障诊断系统的结构及特点,提出了一种将输入信号进行模糊化处理的方法,简化了输入信号的处理。说明了系统中专家知识的获取方法和表示形式,构建了推理网络,并用CF模型实现了推理算法。在微软MFC平台上开发了该系统的计算模块,通过在PTA装置氧化反应模型上的应用测试,表明该方案能得出较理想的检测诊断结果。

Abstract:The structure and characteristics of fault input process, a of knowledge col new method of input signal diagnosis expert system are introduced. In order to simplify the conversion based on fuzzy theory is presented in this paper. The method lection and the model of expert rules used in the system are presented. A reasoning network is designed, and the reasoning algorithm based on CF model is implemented. The system is developed in Microsoft MFC environment. The results of application in the oxidation reactor show its good performance in fault diagnosis
