故障高压绝缘子在线检测系统的设计

摘    要:在高压输电线路上,故障绝缘子特别是零值绝缘子将大大降低高压线路的绝缘水平,直接威胁到电力系统的安全运行。为了可以实现在地面上检测不良绝缘子,本文利用电流传感器套入杆塔接地引线,通过感应采集极其微弱的漏电脉冲电流信号,并用漏电脉冲FFT频谱分析法和电晕脉冲相位比较法两种方法可对所采集信号进行分析。通过对实验室及现场采集的数据的分析,该检测仪可以明显看出故障绝缘子的存在。

Abstract:On high voltage line, the faulty insulator, especial the zero value insulator, may greatly reduce the insulation level of high-voltage transmission line, thus can threat to the safe operation of power system directly. In order to detect faulty insulators on the ground, in this paper the current sensor is slipped into the tower grounding wire, then we can collect the tiny leakage current pulse signal by inducing. After that, there are two kinds of method to analyze the signal, the two methods are the analysis of FFT spectrum of leakage current pulse and the corona pulse phase comparison method. Based on the analysis of laboratory and field data, the detector can clearly see that the existence of faulty insulators.
