反应时间对沥青质加氢转化过程的影响

以十氢萘为溶剂,考察了反应时间对塔河常渣正庚烷沥青质加氢转化过程的影响。结果表明,在反应时间1 h以内,沥青质的转化率即可达到67%。反应时间由1 h延长到4 h,沥青质的转化率增加了28百分点,加氢残渣油收率降低了11百分点,焦炭产率增加了1.8百分点。随着反应时间的延长,饱和分、芳香分和胶质的含量增加,硫和氮的脱除率随之增加,加氢残渣油中的沥青质含量则明显降低,沥青质中易于反应的组分也将减少。虽然沥青质的转化率增加有限,但焦炭和气体收率增加明显。故当其他条件一定时,沥青质的加氢转化反应时间以1~2 h为宜。

Effect of reaction time on asphaltene hydrotreating

The effect of reaction time on THAR （ Tahe atmospheric residue） n-heptane asphaltene hydro- treating is studied with decalin as solvent. The results show that, when the reaction time does not exceed 1 hour, the conversion of asphaltene is as high as 67%. When the reaction time is extended from 1 hour to 4 hours, the conversion of asphaltene is raised by 28 percent point, the residue oil production is reduced by 11 percent point and coke make is increased by 1.8 percent point. With the prolonging of reaction time, the re- moval rates of saturated hydrocarbons, aromatics, gum, sulfur and nitrogen are elevated, the asphaltene in residue oil from hydrogenation processing is obviously reduced and the components which are easy for reaction in asphahenes are lowered. With extension of reaction time, the conversion increase will be limited but the coke and gas yields will be obviously increased. When the other reaction conditions remain unchanged, the proper reaction time for hydrogenation conversion of asphahene is 1 to 2 hours.
