| 摘 要： | 通过化学成分分析、金相组织观察、力学性能检测、宏观微观分析及断口分析，对40CrNiMoA直通高压管汇接头断裂原因进行分析。结果表明，机械加工缺陷和热处理不当是导致直通高压管汇接头断裂的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The failure of 40CrNiMoA high pressure manifolds adapter analyzed by chemical ,analysis , metallographic ,observation ,mechanical property test ,macro-analysis and micro-analysis ,fracture analy-sis.The results showed that mechanical defects and improper heat treatment are the main causes of fracture of direct high pressure manifolds adapter. |
