摘    要:国内汽油碱渣处理通常采用酸化提酚工艺技术,该技术存在较大的恶臭污染弊端。介绍了国内首次开发并成功运行的深度氧化脱硫、二氧化碳中和及汽油抽提脱酚(LiFT-CR)、尾气脱除二硫化物等组成的成套汽油碱渣处理工艺。该工艺采用全相接触碱渣氧化塔对碱渣进行深度氧化处理,结合液膜传质反应器及碳化、汽油抽提工艺对氧化后碱渣进行碳化处理,而碱渣氧化尾气中的二硫化物实现了分离回收。该装置运行后,通过对氧化温度、氧化风量、进料流量、碳化风量、废水pH值等工艺优化及调整,并对纤维液膜反应器内芯、碱渣过滤器滤芯、氧化塔气体分布器等内部件的结构创新改进,实现装置连续稳定运行,处理后的废水达到设计要求,抽提后汽油博士实验、铜片腐蚀、水溶性酸碱的分析项目合格,脱硫后尾气达到了排放标准。

Abstract:In China, the gasoline caustic sludge is usually treated by acidification phenol extraction process. This technology has odor pollution problems. Here described are the package technologies for gasoline caustic sludge treatment which have been successfully developed and applied in the commercial process units such as deep oxidation desulfurization, carbon dioxide neutralization and extraction phenol removal (LIFT- CR) and off-gas bisulfide removal. The process applies full contact oxidation tower for the deep oxidation treatment of caustic sludge. The oxidized caustic sludge is further carbonation treated by liquid film mass transfer reactor, carbonation and gasoline extraction process. And the bisulfides are separated and recovered from the tail gas of caustic sludge oxidation. After the operation of the unit, the unit has been running smoothly and reliably through optimization and adjustment of the oxidation temperature, air flow rate, feed flow rate, air volume for carbonation, PH of wastewater, etc and innovation and improvement of the fiber membrane reactor internals, caustic sludge filter, oxidation tower gas distributor etc. Thus treated waste water meet design discharge requirements. The doctor test, copper coupon corrosion test and water-soluble acid and alkali tests meet the required specifications and tail gas after desulfurization meets state standard for emission.
