硅锰炉料仓料位测量

摘    要:为了解决硅锰炉料仓料位测量难题,提高硅锰炉上料系统的控制精度,合理分配各种物料的上料间隔,保障硅锰的安全生产和产品质量。针对影响硅锰炉料仓料位计测量的几个主要问题,如物料为混合物料且粒径不一、电磁干扰、炉料仓直径小且料位计安装空间有限、粉尘多、温度高等问题,利用雷达料位计、射频导纳料位计、微波料位开关、γ射线料位开关等各种料位测量仪表的测量原理和对其优缺点进行逐一分析比较的方法,最终确定采用微波料位开关和雷达料位计相结合的方式测量硅锰炉料仓的料位。两种料位计互补配置的测量方案不仅为硅锰炉的控制系统提供了可靠的料位控制信号,而且令安装调试空间有限的难题也迎刃而解。

Level Measurement of SiMn Furnace Silo

Abstract:To solve the problem of difficult measurement of SiMn silo, increase the control accuracy of SiMn feeding system, allocate reasonably the feeding interval for all kinds of material, and ensure the safe production and product quality, aiming at several key problems of influencing SiMn furnace silo level measurement, such as mixed material with different particle sizes, electromagnetic interference, small diameter of furnace silo with limited installation space, too much dust, and high temperature and so on, the working principle, advantage and disadvantage for all kinds of level measurement instruments are discussed and compared with radar level gauge, radio frequency admittance level meter, microwave material level switch and ~' ray level switch one by one. It is finally determined to adopt the combination mode of microwave level switch and radar level meter to measure lever of SiMn furnace silo. The measurement scheme of two complementary configurations not only provides reliable level control signal for SiMn furnace control system, but also solves the problem of limited installation and commissioning space easily.
