摘    要:为保证在S355中厚板组织性能优异的前提下缩短正火时间,降低辊底式炉能耗,提高生产效率,采用MSC.Marc软件对辊底式炉内钢板的二维温度场模型进行有限元模拟,并通过黑匣子实验验证模型的可靠性,在此基础上,以该模型对辊底式炉的正火工艺进行优化实验。结果表明,升温时间为0.95{H}min(H为钢板厚度,mm)、保温时间为0.8{H}min时,中厚板的各项性能满足要求,且加热时间缩短了28.6%,达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:In order to shorten the heating up time and heating preservation time of normalizing, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency without the degradation of steel plate S355 structure property.The two dimensional temperature model of steel plate S355 in roller hearth furnace was respectively simulated and verified by MSC.Marc, and the normalizing process of roller hearth furnace was optimized by"black box experiment". Results show that, with a 28.6% reduction in heating time, and each property of the plate can also meet requirements when the heating up time is 0.95{H}, and heating preservation time is 0.8{H}, then the objective of energy saving and emission reduction achieves.
