油品储运自动控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了罐区SCADA系统及网络结构、系统功能。通过对油品储罐过程仪表及安全仪表等的选用,概述了液位计、液位开关、阀门、可燃气体探测器、火焰探测器、感温光纤等的特点及各自的安装方式。介绍了自动定量装车控制系统自控设计方案,并讨论了汽车上装及下装的控制方式及组成仪表的工作原理,重点讨论了贸易计量中体积流量换算成质量流量的方法和防静电、防溢开关的工作原理。

Automation Control System Design for Oil Storage and Transportation

Abstract:The supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system,network structure and the function for tank farm are introduced.The characteristics and individual installation techniques for liquid level indicator,liquid level switch,valve,flammable gas detector,flame detector and temperature sensing optical fiber are summarized by selecting the process and safety instrument for oil storage.The design scheme of automatic control system for automatic and quantitative entrucking control system is introduced.The working principle of control mode of tops and bottoms loading and the related instrument are discussed.The method of converting volume flow to mass flow in trade measure,the anti-static and spill-proof switch are stressed.
