| 摘 要： | 多晶硅厂气固流化床反应器的床层高度不易测量,且原料为硅粉,流化后极易磨损或干扰普通物位计,产品为氯硅烷混合气,具有强腐蚀性。针对此难题,分析了雷达物位计的工作原理及适用范围、优点,总结了安装雷达物位计时的注意事项和维护方法。实践表明,雷达物位计在气固流化床反应器中的应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | The height of gas-solid fluidized bed reactor bed can＇t be easily measured in polysilicon plant. The raw material is silicon powder, and the common material level meter would be abraded easily when fluidized. The product is mixture of chlorosilane which is strong corrosive. Aiming at the problem, the working principle, advantages and application field of radar level meter are evaluated, and considerations of installation for the radar level meter and maintenance methods are summarized. The application practice of radar level meters in gas- solid fluidized bed reactors shows the performance is good. |
