| 摘 要： | 产品颗粒外观质量是聚苯乙烯HIPS825的重要性能指标之一。针对产品中含有黑色粒子以及颗粒外观有黑色划痕等现象，对原料、操作工艺、操作参数、设备环境、质量监管等方面进行了调查，对影响产品质量的主要原因进行了分析研究，并提出相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | The appearance quality of Polystyrene(HIPS825) is one of the most important performance indexes.According to the situation that there were black particles and appearance scratch,some influencing factors such as raw materials,process,operation parameters and so on were discussed.we propose the solution after analysis.The corresponding improvement measures were put forward. |
