圆柱凸轮三维参数化设计与数控加工

摘    要:凸轮机构优良的运动特性和动力特性由精确的轮廓曲面来保证,圆柱凸轮轮廓曲面因从动件运动规律的变化而成不同的复杂空间曲面,给圆柱凸轮精确设计和加工造成了困难。通过对圆柱凸轮轮廓曲面的分析,完成了基于Pro/E系统的圆柱凸轮三维参数化设计,并利用Pro/NC数控加工模块对圆柱凸轮进行了数控加工仿真,自动生成驱动数控机床进行零件数控加工的Numerical Control G代码。

Abstract:The precise contour surface of CAM mechanism ensures excellent movement characteristics and dynamic property,but it has difficulties in precision design and machining of cylindrical CAM.Through the analysis of cylindrical CAM contour surface,this paper finishes the three dimensional parametric design of cylindrical CAM based on Pro/E system,and uses Pro/NC module to finish the cylindrical CAM NC machining simulation and automatically generate Numerical Control G code driving numerical control machine.
