电磁阀阀瓣形式对水击力影响的研究

摘    要:自动反冲洗叠片过滤器的反冲洗采用两位三通电磁换向阀进行控制,电磁阀在换向过程中极易产生水击现象,运用fluent动网格技术对典型阀瓣的下降过程进行了动态模拟,得出了阀瓣形式和结构参数与阀门换向水击压力之间的关系,提出了通过优化阀瓣形状来解决此类阀门水击问题的方法.

Abstract:The backwash of the automatic backwash laminated filter is controlled by two-way electromagnetic valve.In the process of reversing,solenoid valve can easily produce the phenomenon of water hammer.This article did dynamic simulation for several typical discs declining by using fluent dynamic mesh model,drawing relations between discs form and structure parameters and the valve maximum pressure of water hammer in the closing process,at last proposed solutions to overcome such valve water hammer by optimizing ...
