| 摘 要： | 通过对OPC技术的介绍及不锈钢带固溶系统的特点说明,将OPC技术应用到不锈钢固溶系统中,给出了相应的控制策略和相关程序模块。利用OPC技术的应用还将现场的众多品牌的诸多设备联系起来。通过利用WinCC提供的OPC Server访问各级OPC客户端数据,通过WinCC的平台实现不锈钢固溶系统之间的数据信息交换。实际应用显示出利用OPC技术构成的控制系统具有成本低廉,实用性强,可靠性高等优势。
