基于同步元胞遗传算法的弹簧可靠性优化设计

摘    要:基于可靠性准则建立了圆柱螺旋弹簧可靠性优化设计数学模型。提出了一种同步元胞遗传算法,将遗传算法和元胞自动机理论相结合,不仅继承了遗传算法的全局搜索的优势,而且结合了元胞自动机的优点,有效地避免了算法陷入早熟收敛。通过圆柱螺旋弹簧可靠性优化设计实例的优化结果对比验证了算法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The mathematical model for reliability-optimum design of cylindrical helical spring is set up based on reliability criterion. This paper proposes a kind of synchronous cellular genetic algorithm by combing genetic algorithm with cellular automat theory. The proposed algorithm not only reserves the superiority of genetic algorithm, but also has the advantage of cellular automat, which can effectively protect the algorithm from premature convergence. The feasibility and significance of the proposed algorithm are proved by the results comparison of the examplesof cylindrical helical spring reliability optimization design.
