低NOx燃烧技术用于大型燃烟煤锅炉

摘    要:介绍采用选择性催化还原脱氮装置低燃烟煤锅炉NOx排放量的技术,对经济效益做了比较分析。重点研究低氧燃烧造成燃烧烟煤炉膛壁腐蚀的问题。详细介绍通过轴向送风减少NOx排放量和通过径向送风防止炉膛壁慢的技术措施及其应用效果。

Abstract:It introduces low NO. combustion techniques in large size bituminous coal-fired boilers, which adopt selective catalytic redeution in deNOx devices. The comparision analyses on economics and benefits are given. The paper focuses on the problem of furnace wall corrosion caused by bituminous combustion with low O_2, as well as the preventing measures.
