| 摘 要： | 为了把怀来建设成为京西北商贸物流中心,根据增长极理论的原理,围绕怀来的总体发展战略、按照行业规划相协调的原则.在现状调查分析的基础上,采用类比分析的方法.提出信息平台的系统设计、功能分析,最终实现降低车辆运营成本,提高用户效益,为行业管理提供辅助决策服务,使运输系统发挥最大效益.
