纤维混杂增强汽车制动器摩擦材料的研究

摘    要:研制了以芳纶浆粕、玻璃纤维、硅灰石纤维和钛酸钾晶须作为增强体的汽车制动摩擦材料.利用定式速摩擦试验机测试其摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电镜对其在不同温度下的磨损形貌进行了观察和分析.结果表明:舍芳纶3%、玻璃纤维12%、硅灰石12%、钛酸钾晶须1004、改性树脂12%的摩擦材料具有优异的摩擦磨损性能;摩擦材料在中高温磨损主要是磨粒磨损和热疲劳磨损.

Abstract:Kevlar pulp,glass fi ber,potassium titanate whiskers and grammite were used as reinforcing fi bers used in the friction material for the automotive brake.The friction and wear performances were investigated using a constant speed friction tester,SEM was usd to abserve the friction morphology of the wear surface.The results show that the friction material with a relatively suitable friction coeffi cient and low wear rate constitutes Kevlar pulp 3%,glass fi ber 12%,potassium titanate 10%,grammite 12%,modifi e...
