上海区(县)域总体规划空间要素管制初探

空间布局和管制同为规划工作的重要内容。在城乡统筹、城乡一体化发展的大背景下,后者对于空间利用、安全和发展意义更为重大。从空间要素和管制出发,结合上海区(县)域总体规划中涉及的相关编制内容和特点,分析空间管制内容和存在的问题,并提出了四个方面的对策探讨,以期从区域、总体层面,更加有效、科学地指导各类城市空间要素的规划控制和管理实施。

Research on Space Elements Regulation of Spatial Planning for Country in Shanghai

Spatial layout and regulation are important contents in planning. In the background of the urban and rural integrated and utilization development, it is even more significant to utilization, security and development of the space. The paper investigates some of the related planning,analyzes the contents and the problems about the spatial regulation, and then presents the strategy on four aspects. So as to make the guidance of the various elements of urban spatial planning control and management implementation more effective and scientific.
