摘    要:导电聚苯胺/纳米铁氧体复合吸波材料具有吸波能力强,质量轻等特点.采用乳液聚合法以苯胺为单体、十二烷基苯磺酸为掺杂剂、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,在超声场下制备导电聚苯胺粉体;将其与纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O45及纳米Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4一起用原位合成法制备了复合吸波涂层.结果表明:制备的吸波涂层在17.9,15.9,22.3 GHz时分别具有最大反射损耗-10.0,-15.9,-39.9 dB,2种复合涂层拓展了波段,提高了对电磁渡的吸收效果.

Abstract:Polyaniline with good electric conductivity was synthesized by emulsion polymerization process in the pres-ence of ultrasonic field,using aniline as the monomer,dodecyl-benzene sulfonic acid as the dopant,and ammonium peroxydisul-fate as the oxidant.The obtained polyaniline spheric powders,with a size of below 150 nm and conductivity of about 0.28 S/cm,were mixed with Ni0.5Zn0.5 Fe2O4 and Co0.5 Zn0.5 Fe2 O4 powders to prepare microwave absorbing coatings.The microwave absorption behavior of the composite co...
