摘    要:简要回顾了TiAl金属间化合物的研究历程,在TiAl单晶研究的基础上,重点介绍了新型高温高性能聚片孪生(polysynthetically twinned,简称PST)TiAl单晶理论、技术与性能等方面的突破性进展,并分析了尚待开展的主要研究工作,展望了其在航空发动机叶片上的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper briefly reviews the research history of TiAl intermetallic compounds. Based on reviewing the research of TiAl single crystals, we focus on the breakthrough in theory, preparation technology and mechanical properties of the new generation of high-performance high-temperature polysynthetically twinned (PST) TiAl single crystals. We further analyze main research of PST TiAl that needs to be carried out in the future. Finally, we prospect the application of this novel PST TiAl single crystals in aero-engine blades.
