摘    要:多线结构光测量系统的标定精度直接影响到测量 结果的精确度,但传统标定方法存在着标定模型过 于复杂且计算量过大的不足。同时在针对深孔类零部件内表面几何形状进行结构光测量过程 中,由于特征 点的缺失,传统标定方法难以直接应用。因此提出了一种基于标定模块的直接标定法,无需 建立标定模型, 直接通过查找索引表完成标定任务。实验结果表明该标定方法的标定误差低于单个像素,即 0.037 mm,能够满足测量系统的精度要求,并且操作简便、易于实现 。

Abstract:The calibration accuracy of multi-line structured light measurement s ystem directly affects the accuracy of measurement results.However,the traditional calibration method has the shor tcomings of too complex calibration model and too much calculation.At the same time,the traditional ca libration method is difficult to apply directly in the process of structured light measurement for the inner surf ace geometry of deep hole parts due to the lack of feature points.Therefore,a direct calibration method based on c alibration module is proposed,which can accomplish the calibration task directly by looking up the index table witho ut establishing the calibration model.The experimental results show that the calibration error of this method i s less than a single pixel,i.e. 0.037mm,which can meet the accuracy requirements of the measurement system and is easy to operate and realize.
