| 摘 要： | InteCAD以AutoCAD为平台 ,具有基于约束的参数化设计建库功能 ,是一种较直接的二次开发工具 ,可以建立自己的参数化图库 ,为抽油机设计创造便利条件。介绍了利用抽油机参数化图库系统进行新 (改)型抽油机设计的流程及参数化建库过程。由研究得出结论 :( 1 )抽油机参数化图库系统的研究应用将缩短抽油机设计的工艺周期 ,降低经济成本 ;( 2 )可实现多方案的比较 ,建立零部件簇 ,从而提高新 (改 )型抽油机的设计效率 ;( 3 )抽油机参数化图库结合了模块化设计思想和参数化建库功能 ,为提高抽油机的设计、制造和管理水平提供了新思路

| Abstract: | The InteCAD based parametric drawing-library system for pumping units is introdu ced, and the process for the establishment of the library is expounded. With the help of this drawing-library system, comparison between multiple design schemes of pumping unit can be made, and component parts cluster can be built, therefor e the design efficiency of pumping units will be improved and design period be s hortened. |
