压电喷射建模及有限元分析

摘    要:压电喷射作为一种微滴喷射技术具有广泛的应用前景.在阐述压电喷射基本原理的基础上建立了流体喷射过程的基本模型,并确定了理论位移曲线.同时对流体在喷射过程中的运动进行了有限元分析,并详细阐述了腔体结构尺寸参数及流体性质对流体状态的影响.

Abstract:Piezoelectric ejection, as one of the technology of droplet ejection, has comprehensive application prospect. This paper has established the elementary model of the ejection course of fluid based on the primary principle, and defines the theoretical displacement curve. It also makes the finite element analysis with the fluidic motion of the ejection course, and represents detailedly the impact of cavity dimension and structure parameter and fluidic property to the behavior of fluid.
