摘    要:八项质量管理原则是2000版ISO9001和9004标准的理论基础。文章阐明了第一项原则的核心是“满足顾客要求”;第二项原则应是“领导作用关键”;第三项原则应是“人员充分参与”。

Abstract:Eight Principles of Quality Management" Is the theoretical basis for ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 9004. This paper holds that the core of the first principle is to meet customer requirements, and that of the second one is an important role of management, and that of the third one is full involvement of the staff.
