FM/CW激光雷达发射功率的研究

摘    要:介绍了基于连续波调制的激光雷达探测原理;通过分析激光传输的能量转换过程,按照激光器光强调制输出、空间传输与目标反射、光电探测器接收和电混频过程建立了FM/CW激光雷达方程;基于系统的探测概率、虚警概率和信噪比的关系确定了发射功率的表达式,得到了影响发射功率的主要因素;在满足系统器件参数和应用背景下对发射功率进行了仿真,并分析了混频效率和调制深度对发射功率的影响.仿真结果表明:通过提高混频效率和调制深度可以降低系统对发射功率的要求,能够尽可能地实现系统最优化,较好地解决了激光雷达设计时对激光器发射功率确定的问题.

Abstract:Transmitting power is an important parameter in the design of lidar system, which is the reference standard of the design and finalizing of the lidar. The detection principle of the lidar based on the FM/CW was presented.
