| 摘 要： | 随着经济的持续增长和人民生活节奏的加快,交通已成为备受人们关注的问题。车辆牌照识别（License Plate Recognition,简称LPR）技术作为智能交通系统（Intelligence Transports System,简称ITS）的核心问题,逐步成为了人们关注的焦点。针对此问题,本文对车牌识别算法做了深入的研究,提出了一套算法并进行了软件实现。

| Abstract: | As the sustained economic growth and the fast pace of life,the traffic has become a most attention problem.And License Plate Recognition technology which is the core issue of Intelligence Transports System gradually becomes a focus of the people.Therefor,the paper did some research of the License Plate Recognition in-depth and brought up an algorithm which has been carried out by programs. |
