摘    要:中国加入世界贸易组织的步伐在加快,旅游市场面临着新的变化,老年人口的增加使世界旅游市场在消费人口方面出现了新的趋势。知识经济时代的来临,对国内的旅游业也带来了新的冲击和新的机遇。如何在新的形势下,寻求我国旅游业的发展和繁荣是我们必须要考虑的问题。面对未来世界的挑战,我们要加强理论研究,面向市场,调整产业结构,走集团化经营的道路,加强业内培训和人才培养的工作,使我国旅游业在世界旅游市场的发展变化之中求得稳步增长

Abstract:The pace of joining in the World Trade Organization for China is speeding up, the tourist market is facing new challenges, a new tendency in the population of consumers in the world tourist market forms because of the increase in the number of old people. The era of knwoledge economy's coming brings new shocks and new opportunities. So we must think about how to develop and boom tourism in China under the new situation. Facing the challenges from the future world, we must reinforce theoretical research, face up with market, readjust the industrial set-up, stick to group management, and strengthen vocational training and the training of bright people. In doing so, the tourism in China can develop steadily in the world tourist market.
