摘    要:以宁夏某煤化工园区内各企业排放的经处理达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级排放标准的污水为研究对象,根据煤化工污水的特点,在进行深入调查、研究的基础上,确定以生物强化稳定床-两相MSBR池-臭氧氧化塔-SBAF反应器为主体工艺的设计方案。最终达到污水全部回收利用的目的。详细介绍了该工程工艺流程及工艺特点。

Design of sewage treatment process of a coal chemical industrial park in Ningxia province
Abstract:Take sewage discharged from enterprises in a coal chemical industrial park of Ningxia province which had achieved the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard as the research object, based on the characteristics of coal chemical industrial sewage, the design scheme that adopting biochemical enhancement stabilization bed-two phase MSBR tank-ozone oxidation tower-SBAF reactor as the main process was determined based on the in-depth investigation and research. The purpose of sewage to-tal recycling was finally achieved. The process flow and characteristics of the said engineering were introduced in detail.
