抽油机双圆弧齿轮减速器的制造质量控制

摘    要:针对抽油机运行过程中双圆弧齿轮减速器发生主动轴窜轴、齿面快速磨损、主动轴和从动轴轴承盖端面漏油、轴承碎裂等主要故障及其产生原因,提出了减速器制造质量控制措施:通过对同一级人字齿轮副的两侧齿侧间隙差、同一轴左右两侧齿轮硬度差的控制及左右旋齿轮的轴孔配合优化选择等措施解决主动轴窜轴问题;通过对齿轮热处理硬度下限控制、滚刀齿形的周期检测、试车跑合接触迹线的控制克服齿轮快速磨损;通过改进密封设计防止轴承盖端面漏油;通过胶带轮静平衡严格检验及增加轴承内圈限位的方法排除轴承碎裂故障。

Abstract:The main reasons for failures of the double-circular-arc gear reducer during the operation of a pumping unit are analyzed. The measures for the control of the manufacturing quality of the gear reducer are put forward in the light of the following troubles: the drive shaft play, rapid wear of the tooth gear, oil leakage on the end surface of the bearing, bearing breaking. Practice shows the measures are effective for improving the manufacturing quality of the double-circular-arc gear reducer.
