| 摘 要： | 结合MES对刀具在线状态的数据需要，分析了MES下刀具信息追踪技术的几个重点和难点，并对DNC技术，系统与对刀仪的集成问题结合具体车间实际情况进行了分析研究。研究了数控机床联网以及数控刀具在线信息追踪采集问题，实现了系统与对刀仪，系统与数控机床的联网并成功进行刀具信息追踪采集，在此基础上，根据企业需要，对刀具寿命进行了初步管理。
