摘    要:通过对目前国内高炉铸铁冷却壁钢管处理方法的三大类型进行细致的调查研究和综合比较分析,探讨了一种既能防渗碳又能防变形的,无需采用粘结剂,且涂层全部进行热喷涂的钢管处理新工艺,该工艺有可观的发展前景。

Abstract:Through detailed studying and comprehensive analyzing on three types of treatment on steel pipes of cast iron cooing stave in BFs at home presently,a new technology for treating steel pipes is discussed, which can not only anti carburize but also anti deform and needn't adopt binder,meanwhile the whole coating is hotly sprayed.The technology can make considerable results in the future.
