| 摘 要： | 企业资源计划（ERP）是推进企业电子化管理的一个重要举措。近年来，我国企业实施ERP的热情很高，国内各种报刊杂志对为什么要实施ERP、如何实施ERP讨论得多；但是对ERP系统的实施评价问题研究比较少。文章把企业应用能力水平与应用效果联系起来建立一个ERP项目的综合评价指标体系，并以一家企业为案例背景，介绍了指标体系的应用情况，总结了该公司的经验，供其他企业参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many Chinese enterprise have implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP). Many journals and newspapers published papers on why and how to implement ERP, but to the relationship between ERP and performance of enterprise, and how to evaluate the effect of ERP, have not paid enough attention. In this paper, the problem of evaluation of ERP implementing in Chinese enterprise was studied. One comprehensive evaluation index system which combines the application ability and application effect indexes was advanced, and one case of ERP implementation in Chinese enterprise was studied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the evaluation index system. |
