衢州电网故障信息系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍我局继电保护故障信息系统的设计与实现。该系统分为主站和变电站子站两部分,其中主站部分又可以划分为II区主站和III区Web发布系统,之间采用网络隔离装置进行单向信息传输。II区主站的通信服务器负责与变电站子站的通信和信息交互,目前采用103 104规约作为主站与子站的通信规约。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and realization of Quzhou Grid Relay Protection and Fault Information System.This system is consisted by Master Station in dispatching center and Subsystem in substation.For the master station,it can be further divided by II safe area and III safe area system,where in III area a information release web is developed,and the single information transmission through II area to III area is accomplished by an network isolation device.The communication server in II area is in charge of the communication between master station in II area and subsystem in substation,in which 103 104 protocol is applied.
