摘    要:研究了以钾长石尾矿为主要原料制备微晶玻璃装饰板的条件。由于钾长石尾矿的主要成分为 Si O2 和 Al2 O3 ,选择 Ca O、Al2 O3 、Si O2 系统为配方依据 ,探讨了碎粒法工艺核化温度、晶化温度对产品的影响 ,获得了主晶相为 β-硅灰石的微晶玻璃装饰板。

Abstract:The conditions for preparation of glass ceramics decorative plate using potash feldspar tailings as major feedstock were researched.Because main constituents of potash feldspar tailings were SiO 2 and Al 2O 3,the system of CaO,Al 2O 3 and SiO 2 was selected as bur den basis to approach the influence of nucleating temperature and crystillizing temperature on product quality.The glass ceramics decorative plate whose main crystal phase is β wollastonite was obtained.
