| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了研磨盘的焊接方法和次极整流焊机的应用方法。找到了超大不等厚材料的焊接方法，同时对特殊的异种材料间的电阻点焊进行了性能试验，针对生产实际要求，首次提出了去除点焊焊痕的措施。

| Abstract: | The welding method of Grinding Disk by the second pole rectifier welder is described in this article. The weldabiliy is tested on extra non-equality thickness and special different kinds of material in spot welding. The method of erasing the welding scar is found according to the demand of manufacturing. |
