摘    要:介绍了综合利用小波包分析与模式判别技术对柴油机产生的声信号进行识别,并在此基础上结合已有的专家库对小型柴油机的故障工况进行诊断。在对该诊断技术进行充分评论的基础上,本课题还将该方法应用于KM178F柴油机的故障诊断并取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces how to recognize the acoustical signals of the diesel engines using wavelet packet analysis and pattern identification. The fault diagnosis of the diesel engines is also introduced. Using the updated data base of experts, the fault of small diesel engines can be recognized. This technique is evaluated and applied for the fault diagnosis of the KM178F diesel engine, and good results are obtained.
