电力系统PMU工程实用化配置方法研究

摘    要:不以电网的完全可观为目的,提出非完全可观,即主网架及其关键节点可观的PMU配置方式,结合间接可观概念,对电网主网架及其关键节点进行PMU配置,并将SCADA/EMS量测与PMU量测结合起来进行数据的状态估计,提高数据精度,最后通过实例分析对其进行了验证,结果表明,该方法是有效的PMU配置方法,有利于电力系统的分析应用,可操作性强,节省投资,避免浪费,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:The paper presents the concept of non-complete observability of a power grid instead of complete observability,i.e.PMU configuration can be made for both main network frame and its key points by combining observable PMU configuration of main network frame and its key points with indirect observable configuration.Data state estimation can be made by combining SCADA/EMS measurement with PMU measurement to improve data accuracy.The concept has been expounded and verified by analyzing living examples.The results of analysis show that it is an effective PMU configuration method,which facilitates analysis and application of power system and its operation,saves investment and avoids waste,enjoying good prospects in its application.
