七种展层剂对真菌多糖组分分析的影响

摘    要:分别采用报道过的七种展层剂分析真菌多糖组分,并且采用气相色谱法进行验证,经实验发现,其中六种展层剂效果均不理想,而展层剂七对多糖组分具有较好的展层作用,此展层剂可以作为薄层层析分析多糖组分的有效展层剂。

Abstract:The composition of fungi polysaccharides was analyzed by seven reported chromatographic solutions,then these results were checked by GC.It's shown that the impacts of the former six kinds of chromatographic solution were not good, but the effect of the seventh was great.And the third one may be the effective chromatographic solution for thin-layer chromatography in the components analysis of polysaccharides.
