摘    要:随着国家投资体制改革和工程咨询企业与相关管理机构的脱钩改制,工程咨询企业面临着不同程度的机遇与挑战.如何在激烈的市场竞争中培育和发展自身的核心竞争力,成为各类工程咨询企业面临的重要课题.本文以上海申元工程投资有限公司为例,从构建市场服务体系、培育差异化优质服务的核心资源、获得社会大众的心理认同、整合市场经营的优势资源等四个方面,论述了工程造价企业核心竞争力的培育和发展过程,为相关企业的发展提供了具有实际操作价值的新思路.

Abstract:With the reformation of investment system and the separation from related administration section, project consultant firm is confronted with varying level opportunity and challenge. How to cultivate and develop core competitive power in the fierce market competition has been an important problem for them. Take the Shenyuan as example, based on structuring market serve system, cultivating core resource of otherness sevice, gaining the mentality identity of the masses in society, conforming the advantage resource of market management, the paper discusses the cultivation and the development process of core competitive power, and it is very helpful for other related enterprise.
