摘    要:对于煤矿井下中性点不接地的供电系统,其对地绝缘电阻和电容是决定供电安全条件的两个重要参数。过去所使用的直接测量方法,对人身和电器的绝缘都是非常危险的。在理论研究、实验室试验和对矿井电网的实测数据分析的基础上,提出了一种间接测量方法,只要能测量出电网的电源相电压、单相经电阻接地时的零序电压和该相的对地电压,以及电阻中的电流,便可应用这一方法计算出单机接地电流和对地绝缘参数。该测量方法简单、安全、可靠

Abstract:For a mining ungrounded neutral power system in a coal mine, its insulance and capacitance to the ground are two important parameters in determining the safety conditions of the electrical power supply. The direct measure method used before is very dangerous for the human body and the insulation of the electrical devices. By means of the theoretical researches, the scientific experiment in laboratory, and the analysis of measured values in coal mines, an indirect method was put forward to calculate the single phase earth fault current and the insulation parameters by measuring the values of the phase voltage of the power supply, the zero sequence voltage of single phase connected to the ground with a resistance, and the voltage of that phase to the ground and the current through the resistance. This method is very simple, safe, reliable, and useful. It may be also used in other ungrounded power system.
