摘    要:多糖作为构成生命活动的基本物质之一,在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、降血糖、抗衰老、抗凝血等方面均发挥着其特殊的生物活性作用。该文就多糖的提取分离、纯化、组分分析以及生物活性等方面的研究进行了综述。

Abstract:The polysaccharide is one of the basic materials which keep life.Its various bioactivities include anticancer activity , anti - inflammatory, antibacterial activity, reducing blood sugar content, antidegeneracy and anticoagulation. In this paper, a review was presented on the polysaccharide including the methods of their extraction, isolation, purification and their components analysis as well as their bioactivities.
