振动堆焊修复大型轴类零件的质量浅析

摘    要:作者认为,用振动堆焊修复磨损失效的轴类零件,会产生裂纹和促使疲劳裂纹的扩展,可能导致零件的迅速脆性断裂。因此,应当改进堆焊工艺,并限制其使用范围。在钻机修理中,积极推广金属涂镀等新技术新工艺,可保证修复件的使用寿命,提高钻机修理的可靠性和经济效益。


Quality Analysis of Vibrational Surfacing Weld on Axles and Shafts
Abstract:Fatigue crack initiation and propagation are often occurred on axles and shafts repaired by means of vibrational surfacing welding and brittle failures are occasionally induced. The author thinks that the use of this surfacing method should be limited and the technology should be improved. With the view of saving trouble and obtaining service reliability and economical benefit, the author suggests to spread the advanced experience of brush plating for repairing rig parts.
