低度白酒浑浊的原因及活性炭处理法

摘    要:利用活性炭吸附法处理低度白酒,以去除引起白酒浑浊的物质。选用孔径大于2.0nm的活性炭,最好选择在冬季气温较低时进行,活性炭添加量为0.12%左右为宜,每天搅拌2次,每次不少于1h,并严格把握好过滤关。

Abstract:Active carbon absorption method was used in the treatment of low-alcohol liquor to remove the substances inducing liquor turbidity.Active carbon with its pore size above 2.0 nm was selected and its addition level was about 0.12 %.It was preferred that the treatment operated under low temperature in Winter(stirring twice daily and at least 1 h stirring each time).(Tran.by YUE Yang)
