| 摘 要： | 利用活性炭吸附法处理低度白酒，以去除引起白酒浑浊的物质。选用孔径大于2．0nm的活性炭，最好选择在冬季气温较低时进行，活性炭添加量为0．12％左右为宜，每天搅拌2次，每次不少于1h，并严格把握好过滤关。

| Abstract: | Active carbon absorption method was used in the treatment of low-alcohol liquor to remove the substances inducing liquor turbidity.Active carbon with its pore size above 2.0 nm was selected and its addition level was about 0.12 %.It was preferred that the treatment operated under low temperature in Winter(stirring twice daily and at least 1 h stirring each time).(Tran.by YUE Yang) |
