基于时间区间的实用配电网重构方法

目前，基于时间区间的配网动态重构还没有很好的解决办法。为把重构技术引入配网的实际运行中，提出一种基于时间区间的实用重构方法，它能快速、有效地求解二次以内的重构问题。首先，文章通过对基于时间区间的配网一次重构进行分析，得出了关于最佳一次重构时间的推论，并用算例对其进行了验证。根据此推论，对二次重构进行了求解。由于不用考虑两次重构时间之间的组合问题，大大地提高了求解的速度。最后文章对实用法所能节省的网损进行了分析，进而讨论了多次动态重构的必要性。

Practical method on time interval based distribution network reconfiguration
