火力发电厂电机漏油问题及解决方案

The problem of generator oil leakage in power plant and its solution

In some power plant when the oil of generator gear box leaks into the internal part of generator,high temperature in oil generator coil could be induced and the insulation iron core or coil may be ruined.When a new kind of combined outer and inner ring oil baffle-plate,namely MYDseries combined sealing oil baffle-plate is applied to replace the old copper teeth contact one,the problem of oil mist and leakage can be effectively controlled.The lifetime of the generator is prolonged,thus a safe operation of generator can be guaranteed.The work principle and structural feature is also described.
