摘    要:当前油气管道站场用压力容器涉及规范较多,且不同规范对压力容器的强度试验及许用应力值的选择也不尽相同,给设计者带来较多困难,加之专业人员处理方法各不相同,甚至因选择不当造成压力容器的安全隐患。经对有关规范的分析,得出了一个安全方案,以确保压力容器设计经济性与安全性的统一。

Abstract:Presently,there are many different kinds of codes related to pressure vessel locating in distribution piping stations of oil/gas pipelines.Different design codes have different specifications for pressure vessel intensity test and allowed stress and this gives designers many difficulties in selection and design.So different professional have different disposal methods.In addition,if professional have an irrelevant selection for pressure vessel intensity test and allowed stress,it will cause a potential danger for safe operation.In order to ensure economical and safe for pressure vessel design,this thesis analysis relate codes to draw a reasonable conclusion.
