| 摘 要： | 介绍焊丝镀铜生产线工字轮收线机的恒张力控制原理,推导出收线电机的力矩随着卷径的增加同比例增加的规律。采用带有转矩控制功能的爱默生变频器来驱动工字轮收线机,使得张力控制系统变得简单,提高了后序工作的效率,并说明参数设置和调试过程。

| Abstract: | To introduce the constant tension control principle of spool take-up in welding wire Cu-plating production line. The law of the moment increasing of take-up motor with coil diameter increasing is deduced. Adopting Emerson transducer with rotation moment control function to drive spool take-up makes tension control system get simple and improve efficiency of follow-up work, and the parameters set and adjusting process are explained. |
