| 摘 要： | 目的 检测脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗中的SV4 0和猴泡沫病毒 (SimianFoamyVirus,SFV)。方法 用PCR方法检测我所 1997年至 2 0 0 3年生产用的毒种 10批、半成品 14 0批及成品糖丸疫苗 12 8批。结果 脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗毒种、半成品和成品糖丸疫苗中均未检测到SV4 0和SFVDNA。结论 我所生产的脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗是安全的

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the SV40 and simian foamy virus (SFV) in live attenuated poliovirus vaccine. Methods Detect the SV40 and SFV in 10 lots of virus seeds, 140 lots of final bulk and 128 lots of final products of live attenuated poliovirus vaccine manufactured by Institute of Medical Biology,Peking Union Medical College, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences during 1997-2003 by PCR.Results Neither SV40 nor SFV was detected in the virus seed, final bulk or final products.Conclusion The live attenuated poliovirus vaccine manufactured by the institute is safe. |
