以Mg合成Mg3B2N4的研究

摘    要:高温下,Mg可以夺得h-BN中B原子生成MgB2;在有氮气存在条件下,Mg更容易与h-BN和N原子反应生成Mg3B2N4。生成Mg3B2N4的反应是由h-BN晶粒表面向中心逐步进行的,生成的MgB2N4阻碍了Mg3B2B4阻碍了Mg与h-BN的接触,因此h-BN难以全部参与反应。

Abstract:Mg can get B from hexagonal BN and the MgB_2 is prepared at high temperature,but theMg_3B_2N_4 is much more easily prepared if N2 exists in the reaction cell.The growth process of Mg_3B_2N_4 is car-ried out from the surface to the inside of hexagonal BN crystals successively,which hinders the further reaction of Mg with hexagonaI BN,so it is difficuIt that the hexagonal BN takes part in the reaction wholly.
